What is Tri-n-Hexyl Aluminium?
Tri-n-hexyl aluminum is an organic aluminum compound. Aluminum is the most abundant metal in the earth’s crust, usually combined with other elements such as oxygen, silicon and fluorine.
Add titanium powder to molten aluminum and mix evenly, dissolve aluminum and spray it out in atomization to obtain aluminum powder containing titanium; the aluminum powder is hydrogenated in a hydrogenation kettle under inert gas protection and 10-12MPa pressure with triethyl aluminum as a seed for 6-7 hours; after venting, ethylene is continuously introduced into the hydrogenation kettle at 0.5-3MPa pressure, and the reaction is completed within 5-6 hours to obtain crude triethyl aluminum, which is then vaporized and distilled and subjected to ethylene transformation reaction to remove and separate impurities to obtain tri-n-ethyl aluminum, and the impurity residue after distillation is diluted with hexane, hydrolyzed, and hexane is recovered.
