Product Introduction:
Quaternium-73 (Piaonin) is a yellow, odorless, crystalline powder. It is an antimicrobial and acne suppressant. It can be used as a preservative, demonstrating strong antibacterial properties against bacteria, Staphylococcus, and Escherichia coli, surpassing parabens in its antiseptic properties. It is highly safe, heat- and light-stable, and stable within a pH range of 5.5 to 8.0. It is an excellent acne-fighting ingredient.
Quaternium-73 inhibits Propionibacterium acnes. Acne is primarily related to factors such as excessive sebum secretion, clogged ducts of the sebaceous glands, infection, and inflammation.
Skin pores come into direct contact with air and the dust and dirt it carries. Excess sebum and dead skin cells clog pores, hindering the removal of oil. Over time, the oil oxidizes in the air, turning it dark and smelly, forming “blackheads.” If left untreated, blackheads can further penetrate the pores, causing inflammation.

Quaternium-73 Uses:
Thiazole quaternary ammonium salts possess excellent antistatic, antimicrobial, and preservative properties. They are widely used as antistatic agents and softeners in textiles, oil production, fiber, leather, and other industries.
Quaternary ammonium salt-73 (Pionein) can be used to treat acne and pimples, and has important applications in cosmetics. It is widely used as a conditioning agent, antiseptic, and whitening agent in shampoos, facial products, moisturizers, and other personal care products.
This product is used as a pharmaceutical ingredient in the pharmaceutical industry to treat acne, pimples, and dermatitis.
Quaternary ammonium salt-73 inhibits bacteria and various fungi at low concentrations. It has a particularly potent antibacterial effect against Propionibacterium acnes and can improve the symptoms of acne and acne vulgaris.
Quaternary ammonium salt-73 also inhibits melanin production and is highly safe and thermally stable. Quaternary ammonium salt-73 is recommended for use in anti-acne, antibacterial, whitening, and anti-freckle products.
