Application
1.Octyl decyl glyceride has good emulsification, oil solubility, elongation and lubricity, high temperature resistance, after a long time boiling and frying viscosity almost unchanged, not easy to oxidation.
2.An oil base for emulsifying flavorings to prepare milk flavorings with low viscosity and high stability. W/O or O/W type is available.
3.It is used as emulsifier in milk products, cold drinks, soya milk, solid drinks and liquid drinks. Combined with soybean phosphatide, it can dissolve milk powder quickly in cold water.
4.Used for gelatinized formula to improve its softness.
5.Widely used in medicine; Essence; Ice cream products; Sunscreens, creams and lotions, hair conditioner oils, shampoos, body washes, skin moisturizers, nourishing and conditioning products.
6.A medium carbon chain fatty acid fat, with low freezing point, clear and transparent, good oxidation stability and other characteristics, mainly used in flavor and fragrance, cold drink products, milk powder, chocolate, children's food, cosmetics, medical and health products, emulsifier compound, soybean phospholipid phase solvent, etc.
7.Low viscosity oils are required in confectionery coating to achieve the desired gloss, non-viscous vitreous appearance. Octyl decyl is the ideal raw material.
