1.Beta-nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide disodium is a bioactive form of niacin. Used as a coenzyme of hydrogenase and dehydrogenase. NAD usually acts as a hydrogen acceptor, forming NADH, which then acts as a hydrogen donor in the respiratory chain.
