6-FDA, also known as 4,4′-(hexafluoroisopropylidene)diphthalic anhydride, Hexafluorodianhydride, has the chemical formula C19H6F6O6.

White crystal or powder, is one of the six most widely used dianhydride monomers, and is currently the most used dianhydride monomer in colorless and transparent polyimide.

The glass transition temperature of polyimide synthesized by 6-FDA is usually above 300°C, and the mechanical properties and electrical properties are well balanced.

It is still the most representative fluorine-containing polyimide so far.

Product Usage:

6-FDA (6FDA) is mainly used in epoxy resin, polyamide resin and polyimide resin.

6-FDA is an organic synthesis intermediate and a pharmaceutical intermediate, which can be used in the laboratory research and development process and the chemical and pharmaceutical synthesis process, mainly as an electronic material polymer.

The hygroscopicity and dielectric constant of the fluorine-containing polyimide synthesized by 4,4-Diphthalic Anhydride are lower than those synthesized by other dianhydrides.

In addition, the fluorine-containing polyimide is soluble and is a necessary dianhydride monomer for producing colorless and transparent polyimide.
